Sandpiper Villas – Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy:

  • Bookings are not secured until a 50% deposit of the accommodation cost is
    received by our bank.
  • Deposits must be received within 3 days of booking.

Any bank charges incurred for your booking and/or changes will be billed to your account.


Payment Policy:

The balance of payment for accommodation is to be paid before/on arrival. Any other services are to be settled in advance.


Cancellation Policy:

The following cancellation policy refers to deposits received by us:-

  • Cancellations made on all confirmed bookings – 90% of deposit refunded
  • Cancellations made 30-60 days in advance – 50% of deposit refunded
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance – No refund

These terms are applicable to full or part cancellations.


Maximum Occupancy:

A maximum of 2 persons per night may stay in the Villa + an infant below the age of 4 (Baby cot is available on request)


Checking in and out times:

Check-in time is from 1.00 pm and check-out time is by 10.00 am daily.


  • We provide a full inventory list in the information brochure of each Villa. Please familiarise yourself with this list and check that the items on the list are in your Villa. Any discrepancies must be immediately reported to reception.
  • All items are inventoried per Villa, and the inventory of each Villa will be checked by a member of staff before you check-out.
  • Any damages and/or losses will be charged to your account. These must be settled before checking-out.
  • Please report any damages or losses to the reception.



We are a non-smoking establishment. Please refrain from smoking in the Villa. An ashtray is provided on the patio of each Villa for those that wish to smoke outside.



Washing of clothes is not to be done in the Villa, please ask at reception for any laundry you may require.
